Plenty of water, fresh orange juice, prunes :) fibre :) Eat some baked beans :) drink lots of milk. put your feet up on something when you need to go...breathe and relax.it will make the rectal muscles relax and open up and pooing shouldn't be a problem xx Walk up and down the stairs :) exercise helps loads :) xx
@lexifindlay, I kid you not, Tescos now do a fruit called Dragon fruit. Within hours I was on the loo. It worked like a treat. I only discovered it the other week. It's worth a go it's £3.99 a fruit expensive but it's natural and has many good qualities. Doesn't taste of anything just sugary and it's soft once you peel the skin off. X
