umbilical cord.. what does it look like when it falls off? its kind of still on there , but its like oozing a little. and its pinkish inside. is that what its supposed to look like?

Does this look like a dog? If so, what kind? Someone posted it on a lost dog Facebook page and said that she is very skinny and looks like she's been on her own for a while. She kind of looks like a baby fox or coyote to me.
