First they're gonna have to prove paternity so they'll do a dna test, and then if he's the dad, as long as he is proved to be fit then he will get rights.. I'm not sure exactly how much time he will get with him, I think that's just up to the judge. I'm about to have to go through the same thing when I have my son

that im not sure. im sure that the judge will want to examine his case and lifestyle and probably determine if he is a fit parent or not. its a bumpy road to go down thats for sure. hoping for the best outcome 😯

He definately has rights unless you can prove he is an unfit child. If he is fit as a parent, it can go 50/50. Has he been absent for the most part, and just now showing up
