What's a good schedule to have my 4 month old on?

Sleeping ? Eating schedule ?

I see your a nicu mom and so was I my daughter ate every 3 hours in the nicu and slept in between her feeds. So when she came home I kept her on that same schedule. At 4 months she started sleeping thought the night so through out the day I still kept the same schedule. Even now she's 19 months and she still eats every 3 hours.

@amaperalta03, eating mainly my son sleeps through the night and takes 2-3 naps a day so when he's taking those naps wake him up to eat?

@amaperalta03, my son is a fat around 3 months he began eating every 2 lol but solids kind of slowed him down this past week

@kennyshakur, set up a time for naps and set up a time to eat. My daughter wakes up at 9 eats then plays till 1130 then eats again then goes to nap at 12. She wakes up at 230 -3 and then she'll eat again. Go off by how many times you feed him and set a time just for his naps
