How many did you get for your daughter?

You usually only need one.

When i was with my first ob i had 4 in total. Then i switched to another ob during my last trimester and every time i would go in he would use the ultrasound machine to listen to the babies heart and we would also see the baby. He didn't use a doppler. @luuuuuucyyy

with my first 2 babies, I only had 1 ultrasound each. my 3rd, I has 3 (1 couldn't find heartbeat with doppler, 2 anatomy, 3 anatomy because he didn't fully cooperate)

I had one in the beginning when i was 5 weeks, then when i was 19 weeks and then 2 other ones at 30 weeks or so @mamamj

I had two as well. From what I understand its typical to have one dating ultrasound at around 8-10wks, then a gender/organ ultrasound between 18-22wks. Fairly typical from what I understand. Unless you have a high risk pregnancy, then you have more.

My OB did an ultrasound at every appointment after I switched to her around 14 weeks, I know there are risks involved of course since I researched it but my girl turned out perfect and my birth was textbook all natural 😉 I want to find a midwife next time but we shall see, insurance doesn't usually cover midwives....
