this heartburn gonna be the death of me

The last month or so, I totally ate WAY more tums than I was supposed to. Lol. I was up most of the night eating tums and drinking ice water for reflux. It's the only thing that provided any sort of relief. The temporary relief was seriously incredible considering how bad my reflux was. They worked better than regular tums and the consistency wasn't disgusting to me.

@mlindzey, I use to take the tums & I would eat the whole 24 hour worth in like 2-3 hours b/c it wore off so quick. smh.

Smoothie tums. They're magic I swear! I was on a rx while I was pregnant and nothing helped like my tums!

Ugh I feel you. Every damn time I eat pizza it kills me. I even take Zantac twice a day... 😠
