Made chicken for the first time ever and I think it was so yummy! My picky ass fiance ate a pile of it with a pile of mac and cheese. I may not be able to cook much but I can add chicken to the list I can cook. :P For the longest time I wouldnt even touch chicken because of my cooking class in high school. We had to break apart a whole chicken and I freaked at the sound of my classmates breaking the bones. I failed that class for that reason. Anyways I am so full and I have chicken for lunch for the rest of the week haha.
