36 weeks and I'm already dilated by 1.5 cm and getting constant Braxton Hicks. Those contractions aren't consistent enough to go to the hospital though. So I'm hoping I won't be sitting this dilated for weeks with inconsistent contractions. 😧

How do you know if you are dilated? Does your water have to break so you can be dilated? I'm 38 weeks and I still don't feel labor stuff lol
Contraction questions I had a membrane sweep today. Before the sweep I was 3-4 dilated & 75% effaced.
