my son is now two months.. I've already had my first period....Crazy thing is I keep bleeding off and on IDK what's going on

My son is 3 months and Im still bleeding off and on its getting so irritating I thought getting on the pill would make it right but it hasnt helped at all

That's still post partum bleeding. Anything before 8-10 weeks is pp bleeding
