lower back cramps that won't go away. it hurts so bad I took Tylenol it helped for like an hour and the pain is back again. it last for a long time then goes away for a little bit then comes back ugh. feels like my back labor I had with my first. so close to the end

I'm so irritated right now😣 so my MIL is on my WIC and they were going grocery shopping and I asked her to hwt me stuff on the list for my 3 day diet before my GD test. well they come back and everything bought was for her daughter like serious. I was putting it away and she kept saying that's for my lunch so don't eat it now I feel like I'm gonna fail my test Thursday
