I'd say between 34-37 weeks. I'm almost 35 weeks & I'm planning on packing mine after my baby shower next weekend

I agree with @futuremrs.holbert , I started mine like bought all the stuff like toiletries and a robe n such around 34 weeks but I didn't finish packing until around 37-38 weeks
