So... I just stumbled across some girls Facebook and felt so much anger behind what I found that I NEED to vent. She claims to be a feminist. Which is not my problem. My problem is that she commented on a picture of a lady breastfeeding her baby and said "gross". Excuse me, but I think you may be confused. Now I'm no feminist but I think the whole idea is to empower all women and equal rights. I may be wrong here but how on earth is it possible to empower women if you shame and degrade them for doing the most natural thing their body was made to do?!?! It makes me so damn angry to see that crap. And I'm sorry but maybe YOU'RE the gross one for sexualizing such a natural thing!!!!Ahhhh 😬😬😬😬
feminism has become nothing more than empowering women with what THEY think is right. they will tear you down for doing stereotypical motherly, wife thing's like being a stay at home mom and catering to your husband's needs. it's sad. they really aren't for equality in my eyes.
I don't see why anybody makes it a big deal do they say gross when they see animals do it? probably not
Breastfeeding information and tips
This is a post I've made to help women who are thinking of breastfeeding, or are breastfeeding and may have some questions about breastfeeding. It is also aimed to help women who may be experiencing problems with breastfeeding and may need to know how to deal with these problems because most breastfeeding problems can be sorted.
Can we lift each other up as women?!
With all this nonsense going on i think it’s time we left each other Mother’s up instead of tearing them down!! So what’s one nice thing u can say about another person on this app? I have 2 friends that i talk to outside this app and I think they are both wonderful mothers and people in general. I won’t name names cause they know who they are. So now u all go!! I think we need this tonight!!!
Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
I honestly think delivering the placenta is the worst part of labor it feels so gross coming out

is it wrong to be frustrated that my daughter acts like she can't do certain things with out my help. she plays dumb a lot and I wish I could be like no girl show what you know. she acts like she can't trace or match shapes so shes ask for "mommy finger" to help her so I barely hold her hand and she magically can do it but if I dont hold her hand she just scribbles and acts like she doesnt know
the pic is how she traces when I'm "helping her" otherwise it'll just be scribbles all over the page
Wow I agree, she is the gross one! How awful. Breastfeeding really is as natural as it gets. And it's the best your baby can get, too. People like her make me sick!
