Hey ladies,  ftm here of a 1 month old preemie.  I know it may seem like a silly question but when did your baby start responding to you?  I talk to my baby all day,  well when she is up and I dont get much of a reaction, like smile or anything.  she smiles a lot in her sleep. Is this normal? when did your baby start smiling and laughing at the silly faces etc you did

Two months, you could tell he enjoyed songs and attention and would talk when you really engaged him. But then he started following his daddy around the house w his head (once daddy's home, mommys basically invisible). He just started smiling when you talk to him within the last couple of weeks. It's SO much fun to watch these skills develop! Plus, he always looks so serious I was pretty sure he hated me. Lol

For us it was 3 months !!! This past week my son has completely started interacting with us !!! (This could also be that we finally got his acid reflux under control ) but we're having a great week over here 😍😍
