does/did any other mom have bad/painful loose stools/constipation in their last month of pregnancy. I have been to the bathroom 3 times in the last hour and a half with painful stomach cramping, slight nausea, & this last one made me a little dizzy. but it hurts & its loose when it comes out & its never a lot.

I'm only 19 weeks but I get a lot of both constipation and loose stools and tummy aches that are linked to it 😕

losing the mucus plug is normal i know people who have lost chunks starting at 30 weeks it regrows if it needs too.. your far enough that it is probably a sign of labor coming it could still be a week or 2 from now though. Good Luck.
