thank you! Birth control has messed with every aspect of my body. I was so refreshed when I wasn't on it before I got pregnant with my son, but now I'm on it again my body is out of wack, along with my periods and I've gained about 15lbs. @kiwi314

The pill messed me up. I won't mess with any of it again, but it works for some. I'm sticking to keeping track of my cycles in combination with other protection. The book "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" is helpful.
