Spectra S2 or Medela In style breast pump? Please only comment if you have used either, what was…

I've used the medela and it worked good for me. I strictly just pumped cause my daughter was too small at birth to nurse.

I've heard good things about the medela and I requested that one through my insurance, but then I heard about the spectra from a few women on here. I researched and the reviews for that one are amazing. I don't know which one now lol. I have a couple weeks to decide. @amaperalta03

I have the medela in style and it still works like a charm after three babies. I just went over it and ordered a new starter kit for this baby that's due in July. All bottles even the ones that can be frozen are capable of hooking up to the pump.

Everyone I know who has used the medela, then used the spectrum says the medela is great but the spectra is way better. I'm confused still, my insurance covers both.... @tiffrae

I just read an online review of both and that's what the women said too. I would go with the spectrum @sarinunez

I have a spectra 2 and love it

I've heard it pumps twice as much as the medela @hisprettymama How do you go about transporting it? Do you just bring your breast milk with you or nurse your baby where you are? @hisprettymama

well I have never tried a medela but i bought a cute bag that I put it in and pump wherever we go or in the car

I had the spectra and it broke! Now I want the Medela it's so much better!

You had the spectra s2? and you didn't like it because? I asked for personal experiences, you telling me it broke doesn't really help. Everyone I've talked to loves it and they say it's way better than the medela. @lalamichelle0707
