I am also unsure, I know I've had my scares. My doctor told me that when real contractions happen fetal movement is down.

Are you aware on timing them? I know I wasnt up until a few weeks ago.

yes fetal movement is down very much so. I haven't timed them because I'm at work and I end up gettin busy @annaandannalise

Hmm, I would keep that in mind.

Docs and nurses always tell me to call when they get to the point where you cant do anything. Im not sure if im helping much. Im only 34w, so Ive only experienced BH.

@babyr061616, yes those are contractions. Try to focus and time them on how often they are happening and how far apart they are.

I'm almost 40weeks so I assume it's the real deal, my dr will tell me to go in and I have in the past and don't want to go back untill it is real because I dont want to be that patient. Working in the medical field I don't want to be labled as a fequent flyer

I agree, I really with I could be of more help. Id just say call them atleast, tell them exactly whats going on. They will tell you to come in or not. I wish you the best of luck 😊

@babyr061616, I agree with you. I'm 28 weeks and I'm in preterm labor. these contractions are annoying. I ended up in the hospital over night because I was having 8-10 contractions an hour. my little man is ready to be out but I'm so not.
