Aww yh I know what you mean, it's hard to know what's normal and what isn't but tbh this is my 3rd baby and I'm still unsure sometimes, all of my pregnancies have been different with only some minor similarities so I'm trying to figure out if what I'm experiencing is ok or something to be concerned about lol. Yh the cramps aren't nice at all, what let's me know it's braxton hicks is when I change positions to something more comfortable it eases up and stops or if I empty my bladder...plus they're not painful and frequent enough to be contractions xx

I literally came on here to post the same thing!...I've been having period type pains as well and my stomach feels hard, I know she's head down as I was told at my midwife appt and I can feel her turning her head also, it's really uncomfortable. if it's just braxton hicks I have had them very frequently in this pregnancy as in daily and quite a few times a day for the past few weeks.

His head is already down so not that! 😳

If bubs has been more active than usual please contact your midwife hun :) Movements shouldn't change :) As for the pains :) Could be that bubs is engaging xx
