My lb does it all the time. The first few time it freaked me out it was like he gasped for his breath. But I asked my HV and she said it's pretty normal. He still does it now and he is 14 weeks today.

Just been checked and her breathing is fine and all her obs are too, they've told me just to keep and eye on her, and I know @zaralee71 that's why I was panicking, thanks girls xx

I would take her anyway, it's not something I would risk personally but that's because William stopped breathing 3 times when he was a few weeks old due to his heart xx

She stopped breathing the first time and then started gasping and then she was her usual self and the second time she was gasping! Just been on the phone and they said that if she's okay now to keep an eye on her 😳 got to take her to get her breathing checked xx

did she actually stop breathing and struggle to breath again or take a pause? If she stopped you should take her to a&e xx

My LG has relux, she stops breathing after anything she drinks expecially water it goes down but comes back up slightly not actually out her mouth and she struggles to breath but then she's fine afterwards sometimes it gets bad that she chokes and screams after so she can't have water anymore that's the worst one that made it worse, @hannah2310 xx

Call 111 or the hospital but I have read that babies can pause their breathing for a few seconds or longer :) Maya has done it before xxx

is it wrong to be frustrated that my daughter acts like she can't do certain things with out my help. she plays dumb a lot and I wish I could be like no girl show what you know. she acts like she can't trace or match shapes so shes ask for "mommy finger" to help her so I barely hold her hand and she magically can do it but if I dont hold her hand she just scribbles and acts like she doesnt know the pic is how she traces when I'm "helping her" otherwise it'll just be scribbles all over the page

Hi momma's I need some tips or advice my daughter has been acting up alot lately since we moved back to California (it's a long story as to what happened) but she hasn't been listening to either me or her dad but she will listen to other people and she has just done this since we moved back idk if she is doing it more now that she has both of her parents and she thinks she can get away with it or what but I'm asking what should I do? I've tried literally everything. I've told her that it's not ok to hit or bite and not to throw food and I smack her hand lightly and say "no" when she is doing something she isn't supposed to be doing but she still doesn't listen. Feels like she is already in her terrible twos at one years old....
