Can allergies feel like a cold or flu? Everyone in my house has been sneezing like crazy. And well my body is really achy.

Yea the meds aren't helping. I take an allergy pill every morning. And I'm feeling worse. Idk maybe since I've been so busy with 5 kids has, something to do w it lol.
My eyes aren't itchy anymore.

Some allergies do but if you're achy it's more likely a cold if your allergy med not helping
