He has both of my kids and won't bring them back or tell me where they are. He knows my child breastfeeds. I wanted to be as cordial as possible but I see this is gonna be messy.

Actually they can regardless that he the father but they chose not to. Show them proof that you don't have postpartum if you don't and by law that is kidnapping because he isn't telling you their whereabouts so I keep calling and I hope both of y'all work it out
@deafmama16, it's the longest story ever. we got in a fight about the laundry. yes you read that right. and he called the cops claiming I had postpartum and he feared he was in danger. ...really?! so to make him leave I let him take the oldest. then I thought shoot you kno what come get the baby that way I can clean and do what I need to. well when he came back to get her he had cops with him and my daughter isn't with him. he left her with somebody he works with that I've never seen or met. mind you my child is really shy and doesn't take to strangers. so if course I get pissed. now he has them and claims his mother is here watching them yet she won't answer a phone or respond to a text and he won't bring them back. the police say they can't really do anything bc he's the father
