OK so I am getting these horrible cramps right on my pelvis and my stomach keeps getting super tight…

OK so I am getting these horrible cramps right on my pelvis and my stomach keeps getting super tight and it feels a little better when I sit like I'm sitting on a toilet and worse when I walk around. Is that normal?
