Just mention it to your doctor. It could be preclampsia. You don't want that to happen towards the end of your pregnancy.

do I need to be concerned? they're so swollen it hurts to walk and when I do my legs get all tingly

Nothing elevate and drink lots of water

Tell you to stay hydrated and elevate. Mine didn't do anything or seem concerned, and salt foods can make you retain water
