So my boyfriend wants me to go natural med free birthing experience. I was down with that until I got scared and decided to get a epidural if I couldn't take the pain. He doesn't support my change to get the epidural. Did you ladies go med free or get epidurals? How was it?

I got the epidural it worked wonders until they turned it off when my dr decided csection

It's really not up to him, you're the one that's gonna be in excruciating pain, if the shoe were on the other foot he most likely couldn't handle it. Either way he should support you and whatever makes you feel more comfortable.

I did 100% natural vbac it was fast went from a 4 to a 10 in an hour 3 pushes & he was here

i went natural with two and with one i had to get a epidural cuz of my blood pressure. honestly it didnt work for me for that long.. probably for like a hour or less then after i still felt EVERYTHING ! i was pretty pissed that i got a damn needle in my spine for no damn reason. so imma go natural with this one (:

I wanted to do natural time my water broke than the contractions got to intense an started back labor an I couldn't handle the pain I started to cry so I got the epidural.

I was good until about a 7 so I asked for it and it only numbed my right side my left side never got numbed so I felt everything but at the end of it it was all worth it ! But yes it's really up to you if you need it get it because if you're relaxed through labor you dilate faster then being tensed up the yoga ball helped me dilate from a 4 to a 6 in about 15 minutes

with my first, I went natural for 4 hours and was stuck at 3cm for 2 hours.. after the epidural things happened really quick! tell your guy no uterus no opinion. you need to do what is best for you and to get your baby out healthy!!

my first I had an epidural, best thing ever...I couldn't imagine pushing for 4 hrs without one. with my 2nd it was all natural as things progressed too quickly...was already fully dilated when I got to the hospital. it's really up to you and what you want, not him. having a baby is painful, so if you wanna lessen the pay have an epidural...
