yes! both should contribute.. I'm not big on cooking but I clean like there's no tomorrow. my SO hates cleaning but loves to cook so he does dinner most nights. we do switch from time to time but just because a women doesn't cook doesn't mean she's lazy. some of the drama on here tonight is crazy. lol besides I think a man that can cook is sexy.

@hermommy, I know plenty of single bitches that cook like chefs lol so believe me that doesn't mean you are lazy and that you will be a good wife you know how many men in relationships are cheating with women who only use the microwave

Agreed! 🙌🏻🙌🏻 this isn't the 1950s. Marriage is a partnership. Both partners have strengths and weaknesses. We both work full time as well and take turns cooking/ cleaning / and all the other household chores! We are a team.

I'm glad you ladies understand! my husband cooked professional for a major catering company here for years sweety pies they have a TV show now so he's the better cook but I can cook also but shit I'm cooking a baby so I may not always feel like getting up to cook

exactly! being a wife is so much more than just cooking and having a clean house. you can do that but if you bitch all day, cheat, then you ain't a good wife. besides, you're supposed to have a clean house and cook regardless lol.

@mrshamilton830, yes!! If I don't feel like cooking I don't cook. My husband is a grown man, he can make himself a sandwich. Lol I do however always make sure the kids eat.
