This may be a tmi post but....
I've been having very very sharp pains in my vagina, like it is being stabbed by a knife, I've been having bad on and off what feels like stomach cramping (not sure if it is just cramping, BH, or contractions), and I lost some/all of my mucus plug this morning. Normal? 33 weeks.
Cramps Did anyone have cramps in their lower back while they were in their tww and got a BFP later on? I've been having cramps in my lower back (right side) today like I'm about to come on!! I still have 9days until Af! I've never had this early on before!! I really thought af was coming today! ?

Cramps that won't go away I haven't been feeling well since yesterday afternoon. I've been having wretched back pain and cramping since about 8pm last night. I've been getting horrible gas pains where I can't move. I almost thought they were contractions til maybe 20-40 seconds later something hits me and I'm like okay it's gas. But these cramps feel different and they're very low. My vagina also feels sore and it feels like my baby is "right there" or if something is going on with my cervix. I've just been trying to hold out and wait til I can call my dr when the office opens and see if the pain goes away. But geez I haven't even gotten any sleep but maybe an hour.
could i be having a miscarriage So ive been having stomach. Cramps that come and go like im on my period i have not been bleeding or having any fever just the cramps. Is this normal? Its my first pregnancy and im 4weeks and 2 days
