alright ladies! I need some input on vitamins and what I should be buying. is there a better brand of prenatal vitamins than others? or are they all pretty much the same? do I only need prenatal or is there other ones I should take too! thanks

i cant stand the regular pills. makes me throw up as soon as i smell the pill. i do the gummies from walmart.

I use alive gummies because there yummy and are the only ones I can find without gelatin.

I'm prescribed my prenatals. And I love them. There called vitafol nano. Not as much iron as most prenatals so if your sensitive to iron like I am, they don't make you feel like shit. Another amazing thing about them, they're smaller than aspirins. So they're super easy to take. They're about the size of a birth control pill. Only downside on the nano is they don't have dha in them. So I just take a dha pill with them. They have 3 different types of vitafol. They do make one with the dha in them, but it has higher iron which makes me sick.
