39 weeks I'm getting closer appointment on Friday I'm really hoping baby wants to come out this week which I doubt it no dilation could just mean I might get induce

Please help! My doctor is trying to induce me before 40 weeks because she's going to be off on my due date and says my placenta is starting to look old. How do I get labor started?? I don't want to be induced for no reason and I'm thinking I won't have a choice. Please help. What do I do to get things going?

they have also said sex but I ain't doing that not comfortable so I'm trying pineapple they said that thins the cervix an now I'm trying the ball not bouncing cause I heard that can be dangerous so I'm doing yoga shit an walking to see if that works @green7dusty
