I asked my brothers fiancé if you're allowed to eat or drink after midnight and this is what she told me and my mom said it doesn't make sense 😕. Me and my brothers fiancé goes to the same ob . Just wanting to know since I'm having it done tomorrow morning . Help ??

Your doctor would have told you if there were specific instructions to follow. 99% of doctors do not ask you to fast for your 1hr test. They just advise that you do not eat a sugary breakfast like pancakes or cereal etc. Have an egg and toast or something

My dr told me to have a high protein breakfast before. Lay off the sugar and carbs. I had a piece of toast with peanut butter on it and then a few slices of cheese lol I passed with a 102! But, if you're gonna fail, you're gonna fail... It isn't your fault, it's the placentas!

Depends - my OB's office they have you fast no matter which test it is.

My OB told me to eat like normal otherwise the test wouldn't accurately reflect my sugars. But all doctors seem to tell patients different stuff so I would call your doctor
