maybe it's your pump? make sure you have new membranes and all the parts are working correctly but start with the membranes
Some women simply don't respond well to pumping, but it could also be that the flange is too small (only pulling a little bit of the nipple in) or too large (pulling in more than the nipple and areola), so make sure to check that you have the right size for you! I would start with a little hand expression to get things started before pumping, and eventually you will get some out, just the problem with nursing on demand and pumping means that you are making enough for the baby to eat, not enough to pump as well though. A good trick for that is to nurse baby on one side while pumping the other side at the same time, that way baby can stimulate a let down and the pump can take advantage of that and pull the milk from the other breast much easier! This will increase your supply and also "train" your breasts to respond better to the pump hopefully 😊
@junesmommy15, Doesnt seem like it feels normal i was trying to pump cause i fed her and still felt pretty full. @hellosweetie @amaresmama thank you i will check everything and try again later i usually pump once a day
