Good morning ladies! I've not had much sleep so I reckon I'm going to crash at about half ten eleven.
In other news, thinking about post baby nutrition, I have some pea protein to sample this morning, so fingers crossed it's not revolting.
It's by nature's harvest or nature's Valley or something, they do a delicious multi vitamin supplement too (powder form) called TNT, the ingredients are all sourced from food, no chemicals. But as it's all vitamins (including A) haven't been able to have whilst pregnant, and been advised not to have whilst breastfeeding. My diet has been awful during pregnancy so I'm preparing to go back to really healthy eating, hopefully will help with breastfeeding too! X
@mrsmowmow, pea protein and almond milk, LOVED it! Tried it bland to check the taste, will chuck a banana in tomorrow and possibly oats. Not sure that I'd like it with things like spinach, more of a fruit person x
