So someone on here suggested Tumeric tea for headaches. How do you make it?

hmm.. I'm go. a try it I bought some ground Tumeric. maybe it will relieve some of these aches and pains. ty

I personally love it. I never thought of drinking turmeric and especially black pepper as a tea, but the flavors are so deep and i love it. It was really nice in winter because it warms your body.
