Had cramps that felt like period cramps for about 5-10 min + my stomach was tightening up. Does this mean labor is close or could these things go on for weeks?

Cramps!
Has anyone had really bad cramps (Like Af was coming) and ended up pregnant? ?
babybump_user No it won't hurt because I put some in for a few days because I was spitting.
