I'm not trying to sound ungrateful or anything but when someone gives me baby clothes that their child outgrew I expect them to not have a ton of stains or very faded and worn out looking. I was given a giant bag full of clothes yesterday and I only found 3 shirts/onesies in that entire bag worth keeping.

My friend gave me a bunch of newborn size girls clothes. I had a 10lbs boy. Like thanks for nothing.

Glad you could do some good out of some of it, even though no one should make more work for you like that.

@mommagotbump16, I tried spraying shout on the ones with milder stains and did manage to get some out. So there are a couple ones worth donating. The rest I threw away

Dang sorry hon. Hell I hate even donating stuff with stains. Ugh and smelling like smoke too? Not cool! Maybe if the stains aren't too bad you could try to donate the rest?

@mommagotbump16, they also smelled strongly like smoke. I washed them twice before even sorting through them. It was a major waste of time
