taking a guess here but I am pretty sure I have GD this go around. I failed my one hour last year by one point and they didn't tell me when I was having my 3 hr done so I'd already eaten right before my appointment. well I still have my glucose meter and my fasting sugars last time were always in the mid 60s. so good. yesterday I just felt like I needed to check it. 5 hours after my last meal it was 81. which is unusual for me. so I'm going to monitor them until my appointment Monday and if they stay high I'll let my OB know and just go ahead and treat this pregnancy as if I was GD. really not liking having to stick myself 4 times a day but it beats giving myself insulin I'm sure.
