Just woke up and my mucus plug fell out !!!!! im so anxious and im panicking lol. happy 37 weeks to me. . what do i do…

call doctor, she'll most likely tell you to look for consistent contractions, gush of fluids (water breaking), bleeding, and decrease in fetal movement. I just went yesterday & I'm 1/2 cm dilated

Yep, losing the plug doesn't necessarily mean that labor will come soon, if you're lucky it will @mommydiva16

i was 1cm dialted on wed lol. its sat and now my plug came out. so im probably dialted a lil more @anumaat but yes im calling now.
