I'd like to try the Nexplanon implant again because it does work well, but I had such an awful experience the first time that I just don't think it would be any different this time around. My body reacted horribly to it. I ended up with my period for a year straight and my hormones went crazy. Not to mention it ended up moving out of place and almost caused me permanent nerve damage. I'm scared for that to happen again.

@mimi_s_the_boss because it's the only birth control I've found that works. I got pregnant on the pill. I can't do the shot and I won't do the IUD, and I'm breastfeeding so I'm not sure that I can do nuvaring or the patch. It ended up moving because the doctor didn't insert it properly and I'm wondering if it would have been completely different if it had been.

I only got pregnant on the pill because it was recalled, but still, I would rather not have it happen again. I have trust issues now lmao.

Starting TWW. Anyone else? I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
