I just have no idea what means what I've been up all night with period like cramps and they went away but my lower back fuckin kills I'm 38 weeks n I was at the hospital a few days ago cus I had false labor cus of dehydration n my contractions were real tho .. I was like 50% effaced and not even 1 cm but in so much pain

@rachelleexo, idk what your contractions felt like the other day but I get cramps and lower back pain, feels just like I'm getting my period. my doctor said it's normal but I'm not sure if those are technically random contractions?

If you can time the pain, time it..I felt my contractions completely in my back.
