it looks infected to me. neither one of my boys looked anything like that. humm. I would probably get her pediatrician to look at it.

Okay, it kinda looks like the rest of her cord didn't dry up, because is not puss or oozing @sandycheeks

Go to the dr they will probably put silver nitrate on it my sons looked like that and it wasn't infected I think he had umbilical granuloma

My babies looked like that and my pedi had me put rubbing alcohol on it a couple times a day and it dries up and healed. It will also keep it from getting infected or smelling.
