At 40 weeks it sounds like your body is cleaning itself out!

It could either be a stomach bug or your stomach not like the food. But if it's diarrhea and your body getting ready for labor than your going to have it with or without food going down. Lol happened to me and that's what the dr told me so I can be able to tell the difference and not get scared. Besides I suffer from IBS so my life consists of running to the rr every time lol
