Anyone have any tips on how to relieve rib pain. I feel like I can barely breathe because it hurts so bad. I'm so uncomfortable. π©

Okay; I can barely even sit for longer than 5 minutes. It's annoying. But I'll give it a shot.

It worked for me. Sometimes I'd have to leave it on there for 2 hours but after, it always felt better.

@sadiej, lol! I haven't used mine because I'm so hot all the time! I'd almost rather deal with the pain that use the heating pad.
