I know this comes as odd.. but have any of you ladies spotted a milk formula/ powder for expecting mums? I know in Asia they have loads of them; they come in different brands, some come in the same brand as baby milk formula... reason why I ask because I haven't been having much appetite lately and I'm concerned that I'm not providing enough nutrition not only for me but also baby.. xx

i seen my sister in law taking some wen i went to visit there. but here i think its in tablet form hun x

Ah.. I was looking at Ebay or amazon and AnMum formula costs about £30 for half a kilo. 😨 @jod1303 xx

I have @tuftyturtle but supplements should be taken as an addition. I thought formula milk might be better in adding more nutrition because I have no appetite lately. All I eat is mainly toasts and some fruits. I have even gone off my breakfast cereals in the last 2 days.
