How does a baby get to weigh 14 pounds and be born a week early.... What? 14 pounds would kill me!!

@mellysmommy0805, idk but I already told my hubby that I'll be ok as long as my baby is not over 10 lbs lol my last was 8 lbs 7 oz

@mellysmommy0805, I don't know how I did it with my last one ,I believe God help me with my big baby girl ,doctor said she was only 6 lbs so I thought I got this since she was my 4th

my baby was born 3 weeks early and was in the NICU for a couple of weeks, he was 6lbs 13oz at birth, and I had asked one of the nurses if it was odd for them to have such a normal sized baby. she told me that because of gestational diabetes they regularly get babies who are over 10 lbs in the NICU... I was so shocked.
