Russian tvorog I have no clue what's the translation in English ,because Americans doesn't have this . Only thing closest I can't think about texture looks like cottage cheese or ricotta cheese ... Taste is phenomenal and delicious top of it best healthy meal for pregnant woman . Loaded with calcium and protein . I usually add little bit of plain kefir and fresh blueberries/walnuts ... Eat healthy stay strong mamas ✌🏼️😋💪🏼
