Should I Have a Say in Who Works for My Business?

I know this may sound bad, but is it possible your husband may have done it. I know that the times my husband blamed someone else, and I tried to go off on them, he would admit he did it. It started other problems, but at least I didnt go cray on the wrong person lol

It's not even I'm sad like I'm pissed that I can't stand cigarette smell, the smell is in my car and this mf decides to smoke in my car when he's been asked not to and my husband still thinks it's okay to let him in. Now he has lost privileges with taking it to work. I sound like an asshole but I mean really it isn't hard to respect other people's property. If that's how he wants his stuff to look fine, but as a respect to a family vehicle that my 2 year old son rides in as well I think it's the most disrespectful thing ever. Today he better not ask for a ride home cuz I'll tell him the bus works just fine and it's only 3 bucks to ride it. you dont sound like an asshole, if it was his car, and he said you cant do something, and you did it, he would feel the same. Its understandable. You tell him girl, third hand smoke is a real thing, and with a 2 year old it isnt safe

I'm just over being the doormat and being treated like my opinion doesn't matter. I told my husband I won't sign the check and he won't get paid in cash cuz I'll use that money to clean my car.
