I kept having this horrible nightmare last night that I had my baby prematurely and we had to fight…

im so sorry to hear that😞😞😞 its normal to have vivid dreams when pregnant i get them all the time unfortunately since i got pregnant...i hope it gets better for you soon💖💖💖💖💖

I normally have really strange, vivid dreams, but this is the first time I've had an actual nightmare and it just freaked me out that I had it three separate times throughout the night 😣 @heera

@efflyn, i feel your pain...it happens to me all the time and its even worse when its about my babys....honestly what really helps me is my husband. if i wake up in the middle of the night and had a bad dream he does everything he can to keep me calm and get me back to sleep and the snuggles always help me!! if im taking a nap during the day and i have a bad dream while hes at work i listen to some soft music for a little while or something that i like until im ready to lay back down so i wont have the same dream again. it works sometimes. try finding something that soothes you☺☺💖💖💖
