trying to quit breast feeding, but my boos are so hard they hurt soooo bad what can i put on this that won't increase my supply

Cold packs could help. Heat helps open milk ducts so I would think cold does the opposite. Might even feel good

my daughter does alot better on formula. doesnt spit anything up, amd just seems happier on it. @mommastone
