what can help with eczema? just found out today my baby has it and I don't really know how to treat it.

I use eucerin baby eczema lotion and it works great, just a little price but a little goes a long way so it lasts a while

Don't bathe the baby everyday as well. Just wipe them down. I had eczema when I was younger. Any soap I used irritated my skin, even baby soap.
