Need advice. I got risked out of birthing at the birthing center because my baby is frank breech. They told me I'll need a c section. I saw a doctor today who specializes in delivering breech babies but that also freaks me out. I'm so devastated and don't know what to do. Chance a breech birth or just go with a c-section?
If you do decide to do a c section, please please please read up on the post pardum recovery because they don't tell you a while about the risks c sections will cause later on in life. I had one and they didn't tell me to massage the scar or anything. I had a hard time breastfeeding bit my recovery was quick and pretty painless. If it were me, I'd trust the guy who specializes in breech births because that's what he/she is best at.
@ashley89, I'm glad to hear it went well. Did you have trouble breast feeding or did your baby have trouble breathing?
I'm pretty much healed I didn't take pain meds either I'm walking normal I don't hurt at all and I'm csection scar is healing pretty good and it's been easy to take care of the baby at first it was rough but now it's easy
my mom delivered one of my twin brothers in this position naturally and they had too break his arm to get him out. he was in a cast for 2 weeks he healed very fast.
How are you healing and how has it been taking care of your baby? @ashley89
Oh no I'm sorry!! I feel like I would go with a c-section if I were in your shoes love. just seems like it'd be safer
and turning a baby can be dangerous and doesn't always work
I just had a csection two weeks ago. Cause my baby was franked breeches there's not much they can really do .I was scared and stuff but it turned out Okay!@summerbaby16

Breech baby 35+5
My Roman is still breeched as of the ultrasound today. They're talking C-Section around April 12th, which I really do not want unless of course I absolutely have to.

Regardless of how you deliver your baby, C-section or vaginal, you are still a mother. Too many people have misconceptions about C-section moms. Some is unintentional but many of these uninformed comments can be quite offensive and hurtful. And they are completely missing the fact, that the most important thing is that both the mom and baby are healthy and happy.👶🏽
Here are six things you should not say to a C-section mom.
1️⃣ “Too bad you couldn’t have a normal birth.”
Many cesareans are perfor...
C-section=OMG!
So let me start off by saying I am completely terrified.
C sections are a major abdominal surgery and they scare me. I wish I didn't have to have one :(
