If my contractions are 7 minutes apart is that labor and should I go to the hospital???

5 minutes apart. 1 minute each for about an hour with consistently

usually they want you to wait until the are lasting a minute and happening every 5 minutes, but if I were you, and they were a minute long and intense I'd just go in. because I sounds like labor. Goodluck:)
